我们尊重你的隐私。本隐私政策说明 Calorie Ledger 收集、使用与共享哪些信息，以及你对这些信息拥有哪些控制权。

1. 我们收集哪些信息

1.1 你主动输入的数据

个人资料：昵称、性别、出生年月、身高、体重、活动等级、目标体重、起床/睡眠时间
饮食记录：食物名称、份量、卡路里、宏量营养素、餐次、备注
运动记录：运动类型、时长、组数次数、消耗热量
体重记录、饮水记录

1.2 设备权限访问的数据

麦克风 + 语音识别：录制你的语音并使用 Apple Speech 框架转换为文字（语音音频不会被存储）
相机 / 相册：拍摄或选择食物照片用于 AI 识别
Apple Health (HealthKit)：读取你的 Workout 历史（运动记录），自动汇入今日消耗。我们仅读取，不写入任何数据到 Apple Health。
通知：用于发送饮水提醒和运动打卡提醒

2. 数据如何使用

所有数据用于在 App 内为你计算每日热量缺口、生成趋势图表与打卡提醒。我们不会把你的数据用于广告、用户画像或卖给任何第三方。

3. 第三方共享

3.1 AI 服务提供商

为了识别食物照片、解析语音输入和估算营养信息，我们会将以下内容发送到我们的 AI 网关（aigate.hanlian.com，由 SUPERSTRING TECH K.K. 运营）：

你拍摄/选择的食物照片（base64 编码）
语音识别后的文字内容
食物名称、运动名称等文本输入

AI 网关会将请求转发到第三方大模型（如 OpenAI GPT-4o、GPT-4o-mini 等），用于完成识别任务。我们不会发送：

你的姓名、邮箱、电话或其他个人识别信息
你的体重、健康数据等敏感信息
你的位置信息（本 App 不收集位置）

3.2 我们不会做的事

不会出售你的数据给广告商或数据经纪商
不会嵌入第三方分析或追踪 SDK
不会跨 App 追踪你（不会请求 App Tracking Transparency 权限）

4. 数据存储位置

所有个人数据存储在你自己的 iPhone 本地（SwiftData / SQLite）
我们的服务器不存储你的体重、饮食、运动、饮水记录
AI 网关仅在请求转发期间持有数据，不会长期保留

5. 你的权利

导出：在「设置 → 数据备份 → 导出全部数据」可以导出为 JSON 文件，自由保存到 iCloud Drive / 邮件 / 其他 App
导入：换设备后通过「从文件导入」恢复全部数据
删除：卸载 App = 永久删除本设备上的所有数据。我们无法从云端恢复（因为我们没有云副本）
关闭权限：随时可以在 iOS 设置 → Calorie Ledger 中关闭任何权限（HealthKit、相机、麦克风等）

6. 儿童隐私

本 App 不面向 13 岁以下儿童设计。如果你是家长发现孩子使用本 App 并提供了个人信息，请联系我们删除。

7. 政策变更

如果本政策有重大变更，我们会在 App 内发布通知，并更新本页顶部的「最后更新」日期。继续使用 App 表示你接受变更后的政策。

Calorie Ledger Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. This policy explains what information Calorie Ledger collects, how it's used, with whom it's shared, and the rights you have over it.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

Profile: nickname, sex, birth year/month, height, weight, activity level, goal weight, wake/sleep times
Food entries: food name, portion, calories, macronutrients, meal type, notes
Exercise entries: type, duration, sets/reps, calories burned
Weight logs and water intake logs

1.2 Device Permissions

Microphone + Speech Recognition: records your voice and transcribes via Apple's Speech framework (audio is not stored)
Camera / Photo Library: capture or select food photos for AI recognition
Apple Health (HealthKit): read workout history (read-only — we never write to Apple Health)
Notifications: water reminders and exercise check-in reminders

2. How Your Data Is Used

All data is used to compute your daily calorie deficit, generate trend charts, and deliver reminders. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or selling to third parties.

3. Third-Party Sharing

3.1 AI Service Provider

To recognize food photos, parse voice input, and estimate nutrition, we send the following to our AI gateway (aigate.hanlian.com, operated by SUPERSTRING TECH K.K.):

Food photos you capture or select (base64-encoded)
Transcribed text from voice recognition
Food names, exercise names, and other text input

The AI gateway forwards requests to large language models (OpenAI GPT-4o, GPT-4o-mini, etc.) for processing. We do NOT send:

Your name, email, phone, or other personal identifiers
Your weight, health metrics, or other sensitive data
Your location (this app does not collect location)

3.2 What We Don't Do

We do not sell your data to advertisers or data brokers
We do not embed third-party analytics or tracking SDKs
We do not track you across apps (no App Tracking Transparency prompt)

4. Where Data Is Stored

All personal data is stored locally on your iPhone (SwiftData / SQLite)
Our servers do not store your weight, food, exercise, or water records
The AI gateway only holds data during request forwarding; no long-term retention

5. Your Rights

Export: Settings → Data Backup → Export All Data produces a JSON file you can save to iCloud Drive, email, or any app
Import: when switching devices, use "Import from File" to restore everything
Delete: uninstall the app = permanently delete all local data. We cannot restore (we have no cloud copy)
Revoke permissions: turn off any permission anytime in iOS Settings → Calorie Ledger

6. Children's Privacy

This app is not designed for children under 13. If you are a parent and discover that your child has used this app and provided personal information, please contact us for removal.

7. Policy Changes

Material changes to this policy will be announced inside the app and reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use indicates acceptance.

当社はお客様のプライバシーを尊重します。本ポリシーでは、Calorie Ledger が収集する情報、使用方法、共有先、お客様の権利について説明します。

1. 収集する情報

1.1 お客様が入力する情報

プロフィール: ニックネーム、性別、生年月、身長、体重、活動レベル、目標体重、起床・就寝時刻
食事の記録: 食品名、分量、カロリー、栄養素、食事タイプ、メモ
運動の記録: 種目、時間、セット数・回数、消費カロリー
体重の記録、水分補給の記録

1.2 デバイス権限経由の情報

マイク + 音声認識: Apple Speech フレームワークで音声をテキストに変換します（音声データは保存されません）
カメラ / 写真ライブラリ: AI 識別のため食事の写真を撮影・選択します
Apple Health (HealthKit): ワークアウト履歴を読み取ります（書き込みは行いません）
通知: 水分補給と運動チェックインのリマインダー送信に使用

2. データの利用目的

すべてのデータは、1 日のカロリー収支計算、トレンドグラフの生成、リマインダー配信に使用されます。広告、ユーザープロファイリング、第三者への販売には一切使用しません。

3. 第三者との共有

3.1 AI サービスプロバイダー

食事写真の認識、音声入力の解析、栄養情報の推定のため、以下の情報を当社の AI ゲートウェイ (aigate.hanlian.com / SUPERSTRING TECH K.K. 運営) に送信します：

撮影・選択した食事写真 (base64 エンコード)
音声認識後のテキスト
食品名・運動名などのテキスト入力

AI ゲートウェイは、リクエストを大規模言語モデル (OpenAI GPT-4o、GPT-4o-mini など) に転送します。以下は送信しません：

氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号などの個人識別情報
体重、健康データなどの機微情報
位置情報 (本アプリは位置情報を収集しません)

3.2 当社が行わないこと

広告主やデータブローカーへのデータ販売
第三者の分析・トラッキング SDK の埋め込み
アプリ間トラッキング (App Tracking Transparency 権限を要求しない)

4. データの保管場所

すべての個人データはお客様の iPhone 本体に保存されます (SwiftData / SQLite)
当社のサーバーには、体重・食事・運動・水分の記録は保存しません
AI ゲートウェイは転送中のみデータを保持し、長期保持はしません

5. お客様の権利

エクスポート: 設定 → データバックアップ → 全データをエクスポート → JSON ファイルとして iCloud Drive・メールなどに保存可能
インポート: 機種変更後「ファイルから読み込む」で全データを復元
削除: アプリのアンインストールでローカルの全データが永久に削除されます (当社にクラウドコピーはありません)
権限の取り消し: iOS の「設定」→「Calorie Ledger」からいつでも各権限をオフにできます

6. 児童のプライバシー

本アプリは 13 歳未満のお子様向けには設計されていません。保護者の方で、お子様が本アプリを使用し個人情報を提供したことに気づかれた場合は、削除のためご連絡ください。

7. ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーに重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内でお知らせし、本ページ上部の「最終更新」日を更新します。継続的なご利用は変更後のポリシーへの同意とみなされます。
