Mail Mind is developed and operated by Hanlian. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

1. Information We Collect

• Email account credentials: Your email address, OAuth tokens (Gmail) or IMAP/POP3 login credentials, used solely to connect to your mailbox.
• Email content: The app reads email subjects, senders, and body text on your device for AI analysis and translation.
• Device info: Device model and OS version for diagnostics.

We do NOT:

• Store your raw email content on our servers.
• Collect contacts, location, or other unrelated data.

2. How We Use Information

• AI Analysis: Email subject and body are sent to our AI service (aigate.hanlian.com) for categorization, summarization, and translation. The AI service does not retain email content after processing.
• Local Cache: Analysis results and translations are cached locally on your device and are never transmitted off-device.
• Credentials: OAuth tokens and IMAP/POP3 passwords are stored in the iOS Keychain with system-level encryption.

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or transfer your personal information to third parties, except as required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

4. Data Security

• All network communication uses HTTPS/TLS encryption.
• Gmail uses OAuth 2.0 + PKCE — we never see your Google password.
• IMAP/POP3 credentials are stored in iOS Keychain, accessible only when the device is unlocked.
• Cached analysis results live only on your device and never leave it.

5. Data Deletion

You can at any time:

• Clear all cached data (analysis, translations, read status) from Settings → Clear Cache.
• Remove an email account, which also deletes its Keychain credentials.
• Uninstall the app to delete all local data.

6. Third-Party Services & Google API Services User Data Policy

MailMind's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

When you sign in to MailMind with a Google account, MailMind requests only the gmail.modify and gmail.send OAuth scopes. Data obtained through these scopes is processed entirely on your iOS device and is used solely to provide the email client's user-facing features — reading, composing, sending, archiving, and deleting your own messages. MailMind has no backend server: your Gmail messages are never transmitted to, stored on, or logged by any server operated by the developer.

MailMind does not use Google user data to train generalized AI or machine-learning models. MailMind does not sell Google user data. MailMind does not transfer Google user data to third parties, except as required by applicable law, to comply with legal process, or to protect against fraud or abuse.

Other third-party services used by MailMind:

• AI Gateway (aigate.hanlian.com): When you explicitly invoke an AI feature (summary, urgency analysis, translation, or compose assist), the specific message or draft text for that single request is sent to the gateway and discarded immediately after the response is returned. Nothing is retained, logged, or human-reviewed.

7. Children's Privacy

This app is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with an updated date.

4. データセキュリティ
